I'm in need to replace my stock car battery (36Ah and 330A) as it's getting to its 'use by' date and is starting to run down quicker the last few months. I was going to get a Stinger SPV44 but I hear they're discontinued now, and I'd rather have a battery that's been manufactured recently so that it lasts longer etc.

In a previous thread I was told a 55AH AGM battery would be a good replacement for my setup (although the Stinger SPV44 is only 44Ah). So my question is, what battery would everyone recommend? A 55AH would be great but depending on any new recommendations I can go for whatever anyone feels is best!

My setup is a Rockford R750-1D and an Orion XTR152D.

Also, seeing as my car battery is stock I assume it is lead acid and not AGM?

Thanks for looking and any responses are greatly appreciated! :)
