I contacted them Sunday that my amp fried and what should I do. Unfortunately, I still haven't heard from them. Basically what happened was that I turned my car on, without fully starting it so I could listen to sports radio. After about three minutes I smelled alot of smoke, went to the trunk and saw the amp was smoking. I disconnected the power, shut off the car, reconnected power and started car and the amp wouldn't even turn on. I knew it was fried so I contacted them. I haven't even got an e-mail telling me I'm S.O.L. the amp wasn't that bad, it never overheated and sounded good until sunday when it blew. I'm going to sit around and wait for them to contact me and tell me anything. I'll posted on whether or not I hear from them and if they will do anything about it. I do know because of this I will never risk buying from an upstart again.

Yes you did. The amp is nice when it works. I have no interest in getting another one. I really started this to give people an idea of what they are getting their self into. I didn't pay much for it so I'm not worried about the money. I just want to see when they will ever contact me about this problem. When they do I will post it, for now The clock has started sunday.

Yeah, it's all good. I knew not to expect much out of the amp, but I do expect better customer service. I'm glad I didn't get rid of my old hifonics amp.
