Still cannot get my stereo going..Someone help!!

Ok, long story, I had a 5 channel Eclipse amp running my Kicker components in the front and Kicker coax's in the rear and my Kicker L5 8" sub. Sounded great. Then my amp decided to crap out. My stereo was professionally installed by a friend of mine who used to own a shop and myself so everything was done right, pulled new wire for the speakers and kept the factory wires in place so if I ever decided to go back it would be a simple plug and play. I ended up getting an Alpine mono amp for my sub that is hooked up and works fine. Problem is now I get no music from my components or coax's that are now hooked back to up the factory wiring. I put in a wiring harness from scosche and connected all the speaker leads from the h/u to that. The power, ground and constant are all hardwired. Everything in theory should work. BTW my h/u is an Alpine IDA-X305S. I have a 2009 Subaru Impreza WRX.
