Stick shift and HO Alt - Can I?

I have a 2004 Isuzu Rodeo 3.2L V6 and its a stick shift. I also have 2 Kicker SX1250.1s and a DD9917. With all that drain, I figured I would get a HO alt, in the 220 - 300 amp range. I hadn't even considered it before, but I put 2 and 2 together the other day. The Rodeo has a very low idle, like 700 RPM and only gets over 2000 RPM right before I shift. Other than that, its at a max of 2000 RPM unless I'm going like 60 - 70 mph. From what I understand, HO alts have very low idle output and only reach peak output at higher RPM levels, so my question is would a HO alt even give me the power supply I need because of the constantly low RPM level? Am I just going to have to downgrade my system idea and go with something I can run off the stock? I think the stock alt puts out a little over 100 amps. I have no idea and was just a little worried and did not want to buy a HO alt and then have it not help out. On a side note, which is better - Excessive Amperage, Iraggi, Ohio Generators, or HO Alternators? Thanks, Sean

So if I get an alt from Dominick with a smaller pulley it will put out more amps at a lower RPM and work with my setup? If it works like that, why don't all of them just have smaller pulleys? And one other question, if I need to power the SUV and 2700 RMS, do I need to go 300 amps, or is that overkill? Thanks guys
