Nah, it's the physical size. Like, when you step in the sand you leave your footprint. If you were to throw the amp in the sand, you would see it's footprint. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.so amp size in reference to output is its footprint correct?
price to fix would be about the same no matter what size the board isThe small heating case smells like a overheated amp for daily, and also if somehow something breaks on the board. Will it be expensive to replace due to the size of the board? I mean I know the prices are pretty fair, but something that produces so much power with a small footprint has to be expensive to make.
Agreed. We've been pushing for entry level amps here for a bit. Stetsom understands that coming to this market is very sensitive and they learned from their mistakes and are still learning. So in the works is a 800w and a 1600w with a price point for the 1600w $350ish and the 800w $300ish or less and still with the small foot print.I only see this becoming a serious hard on here if the prices drops sum and they start making sum lower power amps for alot of the people here. Not everyone needs 3k or better, then again alot of us do lol.
As a matter of fact, they are expensive when then break. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gifThe small heating case smells like a overheated amp for daily, and also if somehow something breaks on the board. There is no denying that Stetsom doesn't use cheap parts. But as long as we supply the parts for repair cost is cut down do mostly labor. As a matter of fact, they are expensive when then break. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Thts good to hear, ive heard alot of good things about stetsom so i'll definately look into them in the future. I tend to change subs/amps every couple months or so. I sell alot of stuff locally for about the same i bought it for (thts wht happens when sum rich kids buy it w/ daddy's money).Agreed. We've been pushing for entry level amps here for a bit. It's all cool that Stetsom makes these huge amps and they have a huge market in Brazil for the big amps. But in the states with the economy the way it is and big power isn't that popular this is the way stetsom needs to go. So as I get more information on the process of the 800w and 1600w I'll be posting on it.
More than you can afford, pal.But $300 does seem a lil steep for 800w. Wht is the going price now for a BNIB 7kD??
