it will, but it wont be near enough power.

What vc are your subs?

It will power but not to their full potential

Personally Id go with a Nice hifonics amp

If it is like the rest of the M amps then it is a 2 ohm mono amp.

We use the 1000m a lot and also the 1000 and 1200's great amps.
