hey guys stetsom just got done ,the new 14kd .

here is or test in Paulinho car one ss1-2.

12.8 volts = @ 1 ohm 14200

13.8 volts = @ 1 ohm 16400

14.8 volts = @ 1 ohm 18100

15.4 volts = @ 1 ohm 19200

16.9 volts = @ 1 ohm 20060

i will start show or test in the volvo, at 17.9 volts ,we will test next week.

the amp do link at 0.25 ohms for spl burp and 0.5 ohms for music.

and we are working on the 18kd for the next 2 months will be done.

In the last couple months, stetsom has made a buzz for themselves. I really think their the next hard-on around here. I just dont like the small footprint for daily use...

just give it a few months to see a SD15k or something along those lines.

Listen I have a New Stetsom 7k2d and I run it daily. I play it for atleast 3hours a day. I have a stock Alt and 3 stinger spv70 batteries, oh and i have the amp running at .7ohms and I have yet to get the amp warm. everytime I touch the amp its always cold to the touch.. So dont fear these cause of there small footprints, they are great for daily... Heck this thing runs cooler then my IA 40.1 did

what dont you like about a small footprint for daily?

The small heating case smells like a overheated amp for daily, and also if somehow something breaks on the board. Will it be expensive to replace due to the size of the board? I mean I know the prices are pretty fair, but something that produces so much power with a small footprint has to be expensive to make.

Lack of cooling, or potential lack of cooling, I'd assume.
