im looking at one right now....

i need to power 4 15'' crossfire xs/ AA meyham soft parts

wired to 1 ohm

im hoping i can get my votage to stay around 12.5 with this amp.

so the question is.. any bad things about this amp??? is there something other you guys would suggest?

You'd better have a mighty electrical system to run this type of amp.

I had a 7Kd for a while and my only complaints were the fan was a bit noisy (supposedly fixed on newer models) and it had no remote gain. Otherwise I though it was a great amp.

theres a 7kd ive been looking at too. that would probably be a better choice for me. remote gain is not a problem for me. i have the pac prc-1. i think its called.

as far as electrical, i have a stock alt with a semi sized 220a delco. one run of stinger xprt(will have 2 runs) and 2 stock batts with 4 batts similar to the hc1200's

id invest in a HO alt if i were you might aswell cause you shelling out some serious doe doe for that amp and it will love the higher voltage

i know i talked to you about yours lol. im considering it or a 7kd im looking at....

ill have my stock alt paired with a 220a delco amp and 4 added 50ah batts

to be on the safe side, you'll need atleast 100ah , for every 1000 watts
