Steps in Box making

On reaudio's site, it shows you have to cut a 11.15 inch circle to drop the sub in. How should I go about doing this. I thought I could use a compass to make the circle. Anybody have any suggestions. Oh yeah, today I built the reaudio's box for the 12 and it is to big for my trunk, so I am going to either need a smaller one or take out the back seat and slide it in, any thoughts on that one. Chief

Oh, something that happened to me while I was building the box was when I pre-drilled the holes then screwed the screws in they split the wood. The screws were 1 1/2 #8 or #6 not for sure so I used nails instead. Where can I buy resin to coat the box with it to help seal it better? Chief

thats why the pros use a nail gun instead of screws //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif cheapest place to buy resin is a boat supply shop but homedepot carries it too. I was actually considering putting a layer of fiber over my entire box too since Im doing the front of the box out of fiberglass. Think it improves anything?
