Stepping altenator noise what do i do!?

Hi there just got all my sounds in consisting of a panasonic headeck and a amp for my 6 by 9's and front components and a amp for 2 12 inch subs And a capacitor my battery is in the boot and so is both amps and capacitor so the wires are short.

my sounds are clear as until I start the engine there is a whining noise which gets louder as u rev it more. I have had a seperate battery hooked up to the headeck and started the engine and the noise is gone..... So that elimintes that there is no unwanted frequency coming from the amp power supply or the rca's am i correct?

I have tryed re grounding the headdeck in many differnt places and have no luck.

And then out of curiosity I have hooked my headeck back up to my car power supply and then un plugged my altenator and the noise is not there......

What are my next steps what can i do to elliminate this problem as it has costed me so much valuble time.

ANY HELP OR SUGGESTIONS WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED!

Yes I understand that but I have run my top quality rca's outside of the car (out of the passenger door and into the boot noise still there.

As I said tho ive tryed re-running the ground in several diff places whers the best place to put the ground for the headeck?? if ive run the headeck feed from a seperate power supply this means the noise is coming directly from the headeck and then becoming amplified???
