Stealth box for my Jeep?!

I own a:

2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo

I currently have:

-1- JL Audio 10W3v3-4

-1- JL Audio 500/1 Amp

In a sealed box

But I'm thinking I want a custom enclosure, so it doesn't take up too much space and I don't have to worry about damaging the sub etc..... I really like the look of stealth enclosures so I am looking for one.

Does anyone know of any or have any that would fit my model and sub... also I found these

would those fit my setup? I know it doesn't fit in the 2001 category but the trunks look similar. Could use some input, thanks everyone!

If you are comfortable fabricating something yourself, you could build a fiberglass enclosure. Or if you're willing to spend the money to have a local shop do it. I'd suggest researching fiberglass enclosures and see if thats the route you would like to take.

I would like to match the carpet or have plastic, and I would rather not do it myself and would rather not pay my local shop(they charge A LOT for EVERYTHING) So I am looking for a premade one to fit my model

Some quick research showed that they stopped making the JL stealthbox for your year Jeep. Read that on a Jeep forum. Also read a post that said they go for $600+ on ebay when they do pop up. I'd find someone to build a fiberglass enclosure if I were you. It's really not that hard to do your self with some research. DIY would be the cheapest method by far too.

Dont give up though. there might be other premade stealth type enclosures built for your SUV. Just keep looking around. Also maybe you can find someone on the forums close enough to build you a fiberglass enclosure for cheap. Good luck!

I used to have a 2 12" prefab that was on an angle and it tucked right up to the back seats real nice. It went the width of the Jeep so it didnt take away to much. I'm sure you could find something like this but for your sub and it wouldnt take up much space at all.

Yeah, I would love to have it tucked in the side and I'm sure it's not all that difficult to make, but a prefab would be nice
