not to totally contradict all those ratings, but most of those reviews i read, the people didnt even know what the hell they were ordering. One of the top ones said he ordered a pair of 4 way coaxils and they wound up being 3 way. I mean if that is the kind of people complaining then everyone should have a terrible reputation.

exactly. plus the guy thats on there about the credit card issue (thats as far as i read... lol) if you type the billing info different, in ANY type of way, than what is on the credit card statement or whatever it is, of course you're going to have ordering problems. it's because they want to make sure no one stole your card. it's called verifying the payment info to make sure it's you ordering and not a thief.....

My experience with onlinecarstereo has been decent.

buying stuff was pretty easy for me.

warranty sucks balls, and it takes forever to get an answer.

Never had a problem with them. Matter of fact I just ordered a CVX not 2 weeks ago and been in my car for a week.

i always call the online stores to make sure they have what i want in stock. its a common problem to have websites that dont match actual inventory

I have been trying to call and email them about ordering some of there stuff and I cant get ahold of them to save my life. Im not just going to click buy and give them my credit card number until I can talk to some one live.

Exactly. Before i purchase anything i call the store to verify they have it in stock. If they do then i can usually order over the phone or on the website. Jus a thing to cover your *** an issues like this wont happen.
