just any tips or insight u guys have from the past any tricks of the trades u have learned... i have had good help so far such as measure twice cut once, glues and caulks to buy etc just any insight thanks guys BACK TO WORK FOR ME !!!

most of the time if you have streight cuts you dont need caulk..just regular wood glue...i like titebond II...corner clamps...cut the hole for the sub before you put the top on so when you put the top on you can reach inside and fix the glue runs...

I agree with everything you said except for the circle part. I always cut out the circles after the entire thing is cosntructed and sanded. Makes for easier dust cleanup as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

If you haven't tried it, you should try out Elmers' ProBond. I like it better than titebond II or III, but I can't always find it at lowes (I hate going to Home Depot because their associates are assholes).

I use a circ to cut as well as my table saw. My suggestion for the OP: get a stronger saw.

I use circular saws as well. It takes a bit more preperation and time then a table saw, but it works nonetheless.
