my friend had some oldschool punch 10's behind the seat in his F150. Got prett loud in that tiny cab.

THen he went and added a 15 in the Bed of the truck with a huge as box, someone tried to steal it once, and realized that they could not lift it out lol. He had a Shell on the truck.

this was my first attempt at porting an enclosure in my regular cab. it was tuned to 35hz with a measly 8" x 3" port coming straight out the driver's side. it was designed for 2 of the 10w3s, but, i just had to stick the 3rd in. it was pretty loud but i was missing the low notes i had with a sealed(polyfilled) box.

this is what made me take the 3x 10"s out. this sealed enclosure won me 2nd place in a db drag show this last weekend. i didn't like how high of a class i had to compete in with 8x 8"s(the highest super street class), so they are coming out this weekend. the big downside to this enclosure: one connection came off during a qualifying round turning one sub into an passive radiator...will be buying a replacement soon.

stay tuned. next week i'll have completed my 2.2cuft @ 33hz (47"ish port) enclosure for my sx12. i'll post a pic in this thread if it turns out even close to planned.

This is probably the most efficient system i ever had in my single cab. Never really mic'd this setup but the rear sheetmetal would flex 1 1/2" at 30hz. it was extremely clean. Also had orion h2 15" and 2 modded viper 2500d's as well i switched them off for to jl 1000w and or 2 orion 2500s but must say the viper did the best of all of them. 3800w rms each could hit the @ one point 2 12" H2's beautifully. in there but didn't like them and new setup is a solox 12 and 4 earthquake PHD3's will post photos soon as i finish the wiring.
