ssoo embarrassing

lmao... i used to do the same thing...sorta... i would pull up in the middle lane surrounded by cars and crank mine to see how many heads would turn. i didn really do it for girls. but it still would be funny. sorry your system shut off. sounds like the gains are set a bit. or your voltage dropped because you were at idle and it dropped 2 low for the amp...

Don't worry about these guys man a lot of the people from this board don't get out much... I'd say it could be your ground maybe a blown fuse or possibly the subwoofers are hooked up at too low of an Ohm Load. I don't see turning the Gain up causing this I've turned gains and bass boost up on Sonys and cranked the hell out of my system when I didnt know what I was doing and never went into protect unless the amplifier got hot, is yours getting hot?

You could also have a bad subwoofer kicking the amplifier into protect because it's shorting out. Theres just TONS of different things it can be and since none of us know what your system consists of or how good you are at setting them up we can't be too sure. I'd start with ground, then find out the preout of your headunit and adjust your gain accordingly chances are if you have a 2v preout headunit you're going to need the gains nearly maxed anyways depending on how high your listening volume is.

Just don't take it to heart relax this board loves to troll and get people going but it's also one of the funnest most laidback places there is currently, also I bump at red lights too and if some chicks asked me ot turn my **** up you're **** straight I will, I think it's you weiners that have no balls that make fun of people like him, he has a semi mediocre system (amplifier wise atleast.) and he still was going to turn it up obviously hes doing something right if ******* are rolling up on him.

/2 cents.

^^^ or this

I was once testing my system out in a McDonalds parking lot and some ******* came by and started smiling and waving and ****, first day I had it too. I thought it was the strangest thing ever, I felt like an *******.

But back on topic, OP is tool.

I'd feel like an ******* if I was testing my system at mcdonalds too, how does that make OP a tool...? You sure they were waving at you or someone else? maybe they were laughing at you? Seems to me you should feel like a tool.

I love how people assume all this stuff about me because i had my system playing at a stop light. I didint do it for girls i already had it bumpin when they pulled up

My amp gets overheated and goes into protection mode a lot. I had the music turned up with the windows down at a stoplight and a group of girls in a car rolls up to the left of me at the red light. They yell "turn it uupp" and right as they do my amp goes into protect mode and the bass cuts off.... lol
i liked this, happened to me when i first was getting into the game. lol. pretty clasic, too bad your just trollin.
