Just abusive to the system why even bother. Set gains with a dmm to alil under rated wattage for amp. Make sure your not running to low of an impedence for said amp.

You guys i know what im doin with my system. IDK why the amp goes into protection its only running 250 rms at 2 ohms to my 2 12 inch aq's that can take 600 rms a piece. Gains arnt cranked up eeither
