SSA Icon vs. Fi BL pics

well, arent you just full of well known info!
Once again someone has to but in and be a complete fvcking d1ckhead. Do you get off in your computer room to being a tool to others online?

I was merely explaining where the Icon comes from. Obviously some do not know its origins so just stfu already.

Scott was the original designer for RE. He was the half owner of the company when it first started if im not mistaken. The other half was the money front. Scott got out and make his own company which now does Ascendant Audio and Fi which also makes the icon.
Scott owned RE 100% when it started.

When it was time to update the lines, make amps, and components, he then got a business partner.

But yes, Scott does build SSA subs.

RE, Fi, SSA, AA are all well built and great sounding products. Which is why I had such a hard time picking out which sub to get....and ended up with the 10'' BL. After building a couple different enclosures and realizing I couldn't fit a box with enough port area along with two other amps on the back of the cab, I decided to try the Icons in a sealed enclosure out. I'm still waiting for the second one to come in but as far as build goes they're right on par with each other (hence both being made by Scott).

Not really there Ford302redneck...Scott partnered with Mark when he left King Audio, and was the creation of FRC Soundworks, Destijl Engineering...and what everybody knows as Resonant Engineering...sold his half of the company due to many reasons that need not to be mentioned in this thread because it matters no more then a grain of salt to anybody here. Short sweet and to the point, The company turned to a direction in which he did not want it to go and it evolved into something that he did not want it to so he sold his half....

Now he owns Fi, AA, etc. There are no investors, he is the sole proprietor.

Not everybody can have their own sub line, sure we do OEM work if you wish to have it done. There are minimums etc...but there is no such thing as a cookie cutter sub. But yes, we are a speaker manufacturer and we have the abilities to do so if an individual would so want.

oh well.

I missunderstood then.

I remember reading Scott long posts from when Fi was introduced on ca.com.

Hope you like blonds with big *****..

Oh, and Milfs too 'cause that's what you would consider her. Almost forgot, you would have to like Harley's since she drives one.

icon=sx...in essance im sure there are differences but....very similar
How so? The biggest difference I can point out is SX's aren't recommended for sealed enclosures. I'm ignorant when it comes to T/S parameters so I have no way of comparing them other than looks/dimensions/recommended enclosures/and power handling.
