I am planning on getting a 10 or 12 inch SSA DCON I have a 500.1 prime amp that runs at 600 watts rms and was wondering if this would be too much power for them and also which would you choose for a trunk set up. Thanks

1 or 2? If one it that's a good match up for the sub. If two your under powering them but should be perfectly fine.

Probably be okay even with the Gcon.

Its a 500 watt amp, it will be fine. Its not a 600 watt amp

Excellent sub, if you go Dcon, just be smart with your gains and pay attention to the sub. If you want more upward room, lean towards the Gcon.
