SQL sub setup for range rover

One of my buddies asked for help on deciding what kind of sub setup he should go with for his new Range Rover. He's not an car audio fanatic. He went to a shop to look at a brand new 12w7 w/box where they asked 1100 for it. I really don't want him to get ripped off bad so he came to me for advice. He's not really on a budget. He's looking more for a quality setup that is worthy purchasing (kind of person that wants to do it right the first time). System source is OEM deck. He would like to preserve trunk space so sealed enclosure is most likely happening. He listens to just about all genres of music. As far as subs goes, here is what I had in mind:

2 12" or 10" JL Audio w6v2

1 12" JL Audio w7 w/pro wedge box (his first choice)

1 12" ID MAX

2 12" or 10" Image Dynamic IDQv3

2 12" or 10" Alpine Type-X

As far as amp: Rockford TB1000.1bd, Kicker ZX1000.1, Alpine PDX 1.1000 or JL 1000/1.

Open for any suggestions.

Since trunk space is a issue, I'll say go sealed on the Fi Q, and get the PDX.

throw it on 1000 watt PDX is cheapest but since he has money pickup a jl 1000/1 v2.

i have a jl prowedge box with 12w7 and 1000/1 v2 in my girls car and i think i am gonna sell that setup. too loud for her in a cougar hatchback and the jl setup is plenty loud for one sub and would be perfect for the range rover. the re xxx will put it over the top plus he would want a 1500watt amp.
