Rl-P Cheaper, not as good.

Avalanche - Buy mine...But still not as good IMO.

05 XXX - Ineffient compared to the mag and not as good IMO

Brahma - Almos the same price, I wouldnt deal with adire if you payed me.

w7 - Substantially more expensive. Biggest they make is 13"

Q - Cheaper, about as loud, reviews say it doesnt sound quite as good

IDMax - A little cheaper, not as loud, AWSOME SQ though, pretty efficent as well.

Sidenote: Will running the Orion 2500d at 2 ohms instead of at 1 ohm put less or more stress on my electrical system?

Well ofcourse running a higher ohm load will be less stress on the eles system since your not getting as much power.

Have u heard both the Q and the Mag? Not trying to call you out or anything like that, but just wondering bc few ppl actually have experience with both, and it would be nice to get more input from ppl with experience from both.

objectively the Q has a lot of low end potential, overall is a bit more sensitive, and costs about half.

subjectively it seems the Mag edges it by some margin, which may or may not be enough for you to swing the extra cash.

Well I believe Db Dom did a straight switch out, which he said the Q's performed better in, but i dont know, i would be able to build the best possible box for each sub, so my set up is different then his.

If you get in on the group buy then the Mag is not twice the price of the Q, but I see what you are saying.

What didn't you like about the avalanche and xxx vs the mags? I accidentaly hit 7, btw, that was supossed to be a w6.
