SQ Woofer Qestion........ How good are these?

I have a Lexus IS350, and have already put Hertz HSK165 Hi-Energy component speakers in the doors. Still not pleased with the sound due to the factory amp in the trunk, I am getting ready to install a processor and 4ch amp (Memphis M Class MCA3004). The processor will give me low level outputs for a sub stage, and I really want to get more SQ out of this car than anything. I already have a sealed 2-10s box laying around, which I can slap in with no problem, but would like to get a good SQ sub that isn't going to cost $500 each. These are rated 250w rms and 500w peak, which is consistent with the power I want to run. Anyone run these or have first hand experience with them?

I'd take these two over the Hertz purely on output potential. They both sound great, and work well in sealed boxes...the Dayton HF series is my new favorite sealed box sub for the price.
