JL Audio always sounds good, Image Dynamics, I also hear good things about the Dayton Ultimax but haven’t heard one. It looks beastly though. I have also heard that the NVX stuff is good for cheap but I haven’t heard anything from them personally. If you want specific information we need to know how much room you have. What kind of vehicle? Do you need a usable trunk? What about back seats? I wouldn’t want to attempt any of my suggestions in a Miata.

couldnt tell ya, ive never heard it in person....i only recommend equipment i have had personal experience with....others should do the same

Looking at the Audiofrog GB12 and W7 also in sealed enclosures

Narrowed it down to IDMAX, W7, Audiofrog, Brahma

There both based on the exact same XBL^2 motor. From my understanding the Tumult has a bigger magnet and can dig a little lower since it was originally designed with home theater application in mind. There both aimed at solid SQ

The dayton Ho series are good SQ woofers as well, they also dont need much airspace so you can definitely do two of them in a sealed box and you'll be more satisfied than just one of any other woofer in a sealed box.
