SQ Sub Suggestions

Im looking into a future system for SQ. I would like some suggestions for subs. Im looking at Naks, ADS, Diamond, and Shivas i would get 2 and theyd be 12s. IM looking for a mostly SQ woofer. i woulld like to not spend more then 125$ a sub. Or should i go with a single sub thats better for around 250$? So any reccomendations are welcome. Im looking into subs not many people have as well.

Well for 125$ the shiva would be the best. Even out of your list for the price there one of the best SQ sub out there for what ive heard.

Thanks for the replies how bout nak and ADS subs i may be willing to go up to 300$ for a pair if its justified.

ADS very nice and clean sounding sub. As for the Nak thats one ive never neard yet. ADS are very nice subs.

I have a pair of pioneer pro series 12's, and I am very pleased. I have heard a lot of subs, but these hit with the tight fast bass and high SQ that I was looking for. Not the loudest in the world but they hit pretty hard with 400 watts RMS. Again...not the best in the world, but for $92 a piece they are great. hope this helps

but seriously, the IDQ is a good drivrer, put it this way, when it first came out (my i feel old now !) it won a lot of SQ trophies, so it not a bad sub at all, and now pretty cheap too...but id sill ge the IDmax if it was an IDQ v IDMax setup

Hey I'll second that, they are definitely up there if they are anything like their brother the Premier. Lack a little mid-bass, not to noticeable, other than that, not bad. I wouldn't exactly put it up there with the Shiva on the Sq level, but they are just about equal in SPL, as far as sealed enclosures go.
