What would a Treo CSX 18s sq or lack of be compared to? I understand that its not JL or ID worthy, but does it at least sound better than a L7? I'm trying to figure out if I should sell it or keep it and build an enclosure for it. It will be used for daily, and also what type of power would I need for it in a daily setup?

Im saying it really all depends on the box build if you want SQ. Sealed or port. If you make the box all out spl or for daily listening. Power not sure think 1000 watts rms or more.

I've been to the website already. My main question, if you can read, was what would they compare to in sq. The power isn't even relevant being that we all know they were built for spl and not really intended for daily. Daily power and burp power are totally different ball games.

2500 rms at least.

Its gonna be real stiff and quick notes are gonna blend together and the lows will be there (depending on the box) the sub will just make some noise.

The MT isn't intended for music either. Look around and you will see dozens of people using them daily.

I heard of people reconing csx with btl parts, is this true? If so would that make it sound any different or give it better response?
