SQ: MP3 vs Audio CD burnt from MP3?

Say your mp3's are the highest quality, ie 320. Will it make a difference if you burn them as a data disk(for MP3) or as an audio disk? I know pre-made ones, like from artists that you buy are much better quality, but will this make any difference? Thanks

Nope. You're working with a compressed original source at that point. Converting it back to a lossless format won't return the information lost during the original compression.
