SQ HDC4 15" amp?

What sort of competition? What org? What power class? IMO there's nothing wrong with the Kicker 2500.1 and from my experience you'll have a hard time getting a single sub down to half ohm (if it isn't quad coil). More likely you'll wire down to half ohm and rise up to around 2 ohm making a D1 ohm coil good for daily or to wire parallel for comps.

well in my country I dont know how they called but they use a termlab to test the audio and use tones or music....... so you think the kicker 2500.1 will work and puch hard the hdc4 15" at 2ohms..

So guys where is better for get a good score 0.5ohms or 2ohms? or this depent of the max wrms that we can get from ours amps ?

don't think that kicker will like .5ohm. burp it at 2ohm and see if you're happy. That sub will take WAY more power then that though if the enclosure is right...

that amp will only put out smoke at anything below 1 ohm

not, I mean if I keep my amp I will use in 2ohm I know if I use in lower I will only see a ton of smoke

Thats a pretty decent amp..should push the hdc4 well ..idk how they do at .5 tho

well at 1 ohm they do 5k is the cheap alternative that I have, AQ-3500 is out of my hands at this time

AQ 3500.... and I don't know what everybodys sayign about the kickers, my kx2500 slammed my hdc4 12 d1, and my birthsheet was 2960...... I still vote for the 3500 cuz the hdc4 ate that kicker and wanted more at 2Ω

I don't have meter..... I'm just in it to drive around and **** people off!!! lol naw I don't go to shows and don't know anyone that has wasted enough money to see a number.....

it slammed bro...... Had it in a little cobalt too!!!! I was coming from a budget 4x 12 setup, and then went to that hdc4 ...... I wasn't disappoionted..... I'd go AQ 3500 and never look back!!!

Even wired at .5ohm with imp rise you probably won't be at 1ohm....
