SQ Amp for < $300???

Whats up everyone... here's the deal. I'm looking for your input for the best SQ amp for under $300 (shipped) that puts out AT LEAST 150wRMS @ 4ohm per channel. This will be going to power a set of CDT HD62s with the Upstage Module. Sound quality is of the utmost importance... So let's here it! So far the top choices are

Cadance iA2

Soundstream TRX2.550 or TRA800.2
