..i think.. last year i was there it was in a pretty big parking lot just behind the event's center..

The parking lot behind the Ocean Center is where the competition takes place. Pretty sure you can only park in there if you're competing.

Not for the stereo show, but if you want to go in and see vendor booths it costs $10 or so.
