Ok I am a new to the forum so hi to all. I am getting rid of some old stuff and right now I was thinking of ordering a pair of DD3500ds. To start competing. I would like to use no more than three cubic feet per sub as they will be going in the trunk of my car. I will more than likely be running what ever I chose to get with a U.S.2000. The question I have is what are the best SPL subwoofer options to look at and or is there a better selection out there for what I have. Greatly appreciate any info Thanks.

With 3.0ft^3 each, you're going to want to step down to 12"s.

I have done a little reading and I hear alot about these soundsplinter subs would those be a better pick.

12 Kicker L7's

also any Idea how much the 3512's cost

3515's are running around $350 iirc.

Figure the 3512's about $320.

I'd suggest the L7's, 3512's. In that order.

Is there anyone out there with any suggestions. I am looking to get max spl so far I am kind of leaning towards the L7's, because I am on like a 600 dollar budget for a pair of 12's.

Any other ideas that might fit my budget. Also I have that space issue, and then they need to handle my U.S.2000

any suggestions.

I was running two 15 Armageddon zms but they just ate too much space and could not reach there full potential. I put them in my buddies suv to see what they sounded like and they were much louder so it kina pissed me off they went to the basement and I am now going to try 12's and give them some space.
