on my last set up that consisted of dd3512 i did a 149.4 with mic in the kick my setup i have in my sig was 149.4 in the kick is this as loud as my car can get my next step is going to be 2x 15"ssx treo on 4k getting everything ready for the build. so the ? is can it get louder then 149.4 in the car on my sig.

with the eq. in the sig. that is a very good score. depending on where you compete switching to 15s may put you in another class. the dd3512s can take burps with 4x that power.

I had ~3kw on a single mach 5, and couldent beat 143 ... that was legal, sealed up though @ the windshield.. (Yes i **** at getting loud)

yes, the 15s in proper volume will get louder than the 12s. it may not do much higher #s on the meter.
