hey guys i need a bit of help finding the best song or tone to get metered with.

whats cd would it be on?

what is the song called?

go buy a bass cd they hit harder than any song i have heard.

Well I haven't been metered before.

Have you played around with sine waves to

see what freq. your car plays loudly?

Some of the Bass Mekanik CD's have tracks

that play the freq. in sequence with the time

going by on the track.

EXAMPLE 10 sec = 10Hz

20 sec = 20hz

30 sec = 30 hz

and so on.....

These are helpful in determining the freq. your

car plays the loudest.

The CD I have is called BASS MEKANIK "Audio Toolbox"

99 tracks of tones, waves and all kinds of loud stuff.

no ive never messed around with tones yet....and yea i used to have that bass cd but someone took it...

If you don't know what is loudes...get a sine sweep and play it by ear. What is your box tuned to?

Well that sucks that someone took it.

If you buy another CD try this one. It's got cool

bass music and helpful test tones and sweeps.

I have the Bass Mekanik "faster louder harder" cd, it rocks hard. it has a lot of sine waves and different sweeps, and the songs actually arent cheesy like in most bass cd's. it rocks.

box is tuned to 32 hz....

Get "Faster, Harder, Louder" by Bass Mekanik and play the tone that is equal to the resonant frequency of your car. That should do well. I have that CD and it is very nice...Tracks 30-100 correspond to that frequency. For example, Track 47 is a 47hz tone...Go for it..

I ripped the thx crossover test form the starwars dvd. You can DL it from my site in wav or 320kbps mp3. If I remember correctly(sound program wont run) it does 200hz to 20hz.
