well he said that hes missing a processor its shipping and he said its because he has his subs in a bandpass box he said thats the only way they could do his nissan and there u go hatin im a beast i mess with my system day and night making it sound to its best ability for the money i paid its loud 500 bucks for a brand new sub that will cost 300 bucks at best buy a brand new amp a brand new deck and four brand new door speakers and a brand new box a used dual bamdpass box and a used sony amp and a 12 inch kicker comp and a 12 inch pioneer shallow sub

i did a 141.8 with 1 type r 12 and a old *** kicker kx 1200 in my sons car with a 300 system with out even trying .a box that was built in 1.5 hours and the whole system thrown together in 2 hours p.s. in a trunk

**** good job im excited to hear that did u have a good deck? when i put my new deck in im planning to hit around 140? i also have a stock battery stock alternator. are u runnong stock? and ur amp probably puts out more power than mine i have a sony amp its 900 watts rms and its twice as big as the poer acoustik and its runs of of 3 30 fuses which equals 90 the power acoustik runs of of 2 40 which equals 80 so i dont think its putting out 1200 watts

im running 2 sets 4 gauge efx wire im thinking of switching to 0 gauge and running a distibution block. and how did u hit 141? my friend has a tahoe with a wall he has 6 13.5 inch jl subs 6 sets of speakers and 5 amps 3 batteries 2 altanators and only hit 148 then someone with 2 15's hit 145

come on that jl crap,hell my s10 with 2 12s hits 152.8 sealed on the dash and plays music ,if thats all his truck can do then maybe he needs to pay someone to set his system up the right way. 6 subs ,5 amps 3 batts and 2 alts ,he should be doing a 156 at least

OP, 138 is NOT loud. Average score from average equipment.

Your friend with the 6 JL subs in a wall is doing something terribly wrong. Plenty of guys doing high 140's here and keep their back seat (and for a crap ton less money).

Glad you're enthusiastic about the hobby, but lurk more, learn some or expect to be flamed here. New HU won't improve your TL score. Better equipment, better build will.
