Spindle Lift for Ford Ranger.

I have decided not to lower it. So I was wondering if anyone knew if it was hard to put spindle lifts on a 2001 ext cab xlt ranger. 2wd.

i did it myself on my 2000 ext cab xlt 2wd. It wasnt hard, if i remeber correctly it took about 6 hrs with my brother and my friend helping. You have to take off the upper and lower ball joints which requires some force.

thats a 4wd ranger, he has 2wd

by "real" lift do you mean suspension? because thats what a spindle lift is

i have 3.5 spindles on my truck, i could also get new upper control arms and longer coils and get another 2.5in of all suspension lift for alot cheaper than that 4wd lift

FYI........2x4 = lower.........4x4 = lift.

2X4=piece of wood

and you can still offroad with a 2wd, especially with a differential locker

maybe on the dunes. with that 2wd you cant do much. crawling no, mudding no, thrashing no, jumping hell yes.

fj cruiser? i think those things are ugly as fack. supposed to be good off roaders though. hopefully i can get my dads friends nissan pickup soon. 4" lift, 33's, 5spd. it will be wonderful

yea, i didnt like the 03-06 style chevys, but they grew on me and look what i have. the FJ really grew on me. i wanted a new tacoma double cab 4x4, but then i saw these. i have yet to drive on, my sister in laws dad has one, but havent driven it yet. that will be a huge factor, but other than that, those are still my two choices.

It cant do crawling. But it can **** sure do the muddin. I take mine mudding now. And I have never had it stuck.
