Scrape the paint off where you are grounding...

he did. it's just the location that is an iffy for use of a ground.

ok im done i didnt move the ground cause thats where the batt looks to be grounded. (batt ground in first pic) now on the the pics

where is the engine to chassis? i didn't see where you grounded it.
