speeding

Yea but what should i say when i plead not guilty cause i was actually going 17 over n i know it
just say you plead not guilty to the charge, they'll give you a new court date, when you go back, the DA reveiws your file, and if its your first offense, they knock it down to a citation, you pay a fine of 85-125, and a 5 hour driver ed class. the advantage of that is its not reported to your insurance because its only a citation/moving violation

they'll knock it down to a citation and that dosent get reported to insurance if you plead not guilty, i live in ny, this has happened to me and all my friends, my insurance was never notified that i got a ticket, my premium has kept going down every month as proof it didnt get reported
You don't have a fixed 6 month or yearly premium? Never heard of anything like that.

i pay every 6 months, and every 2 months that nothing happens, im always getting checks for, 30, 40 dollars, my premium for the last 6 month premium went down from 770 to 650
That's cool. Is that premium for full coverage or liability? If for full coverage, 650 is not bad at all for a 19 year old. Do you have your own policy?

Well Ive had 2 speeding tickets both were 25 over the speeding. 1 was 125 and the other was 148. so just like buddy said it really depends on what state and county ure in.
you mean you've been in jail twice? if i were the judge i wouldnt give you your license back, ever.
