specs for the box with 1 15" SE's

Hey, i finally decided to go with 2 15" RE SE's powered by a bx1500d, at 1 ohm in a ported box i am gonna make, but i was just wondering about how big should the box be? i was thinking around 7ft^3 should be good, but any input would help as this is the 1st box im building.

7? that seems a little big for the se's. i think 5 or 6 would be fine.

7 would be excellent... 2.5 cubes per 15 aint enough IMO for a pair of 12 SEs, id give them 2.5 each, but the 15s should be happy in 7

Try 7.5^3 tuned to 33Hz with 60^2" of port area. Should wang real hard and loud.

yeh, thats wut i was thinkin, so with the 2 15" SE's in a 7 ft^3 ported box powered by a bx1500d, yall think that would be loud enough for my expedition? and any ideas of how many db's it mite b able to hit, not gonna compete with it or anything, just wondering how it'd measure up with some of the other systems on here
