Hey guys,
I am wiring up an Infinity 1252w in parallel (to present a 2ohm load to my amp rather than 8 in series) and have 14ga speaker wire and my question is if it is ok to double up the bridging wire; meaning I will have two 14ga wires (4 total) bridging the positive to the positive and the negative to the negative. I will then have two 14ga wires going to the post terminals on the box (single 14ga for a positive and a single 14ga for a negative). I head that this creates a nice flow for the bridging but didn't know if that was quite true, Thanks a lot if anyone could sort of explain the wiring to me and how this works!
PS- This sub runs 300w RMS (150 a coil) and my amp (Profile ap700m) pushes 350w RMS just to give you an idea of what kind of power is flowin here.
