Question in the PDF it says you can run it tri-mode. I've read this on other amps.
How do you figure what kind of power you are running at then?

Say I have 2 4ohm speakers, and a 4 ohm sub, how much power those each speaker get?

I'm also assuming that in that setup I would need a passive filter for the sub so that it just see's the low frequency's.

Right, you will need a passive filter.

It's really tough to calculate the actual power. Expect a little less than the respective rating to each driver.

It will most likely blow a fuse very rapidly. If it plays it'll probably continue to play until eventually blowing a power supply FET unless thermal protection gets it first.

Your going to void warrenty running it @ 1 ohm stereo but i have ran mine 2 ohms bridged (1 ohm per channel) and i honestly never had a problem. I have also ran it all day long for over two months bridge @ 3 ohms on my 8w7 and i never had any problems. It did get a little warm but never over heated or went into protection. Do i suggest it probally not, but it worked for me. I guess its up to you weather its worth voiding your warrenty or not.

i dont know.

they are AA poly mids, and if i went into one ohm, there would be 4 of them wired parallel.

each is a 4 ohm driver..

right now i have 2 per door getting about 80w per and they preform pretty nice.

but if i could expand to 4 per dor running on one 2 channel, thatd be nice too.

i have 4 batts in the back already, and im installing some type of AC in the back to keep the trunk nice and cool.

most likely tapping into the AC with a hose, and using fans to create a vacuum inside the hoses (one on each side, more if needed.)

I don't suggest trying your luck @ 1 ohm stereo.

Why not use an SAX-100.4 bridged @ 4 ohms, or two SAX-100.2s -- one bridged @ 4 ohms per door?

im thinking that the 100.4 wouldnt be enough power...

what is it, like 150x4@2 or 175 per...

not like id notice the difference in that little amount of power..lol

heres the real question

do i want to hunt down another 4 AA poly mids and redo my doors, and replace an amp with a baby on the way.

hell yeah i want too, but reasonably, my best bet would be to stay with what i have and pick up a 100.2 to replace the 650.4 that isnt doing much of anything with 2 blown channels.
