Speakers

If they'll fit, I'm going to also suggest the Pioneer TS-D1720C component speakers. If you don't want to do component speakers, get the TS-D1602R. They're a quarter inch smaller in diameter and coaxial. The D series from Pioneer is definitely a great bang for your buck. I don't believe you'll find better for the money.

I have those dxi's in my civic. im impressed. compared them to similar pioneer, infinity, alpine type e and lower level kickers. polk came out on top imo. They have a pretty shallow mounting depth and if you need extra shallow get the dxi651s (s=slim) as for price, that is about the average for those.

the DXI's i linked in first post?

also what are component speakers vs. normal speakers as the ones i linked above are component ^^

the pioneers you listed are coaxial if thats what you mean. the component version of them is Pioneer TS D 1720c
what is the difference between coaxial and component?

i want coaxials then //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

you can get pretty decent sound from some coaxials but sometimes it will make everything sound like its coming from around your feet, if the speaker location is low. But depends on how picky you are too lol. I put coaxials in my cousins car and he's perfectly fine.

what do i do about that thing in the picture i posted ?
you may or may not need the adapters. your car has stock 6.5 openings right? if so you should be fine. the adapters come in there anyway and if you need em just put em over the speaker hole and then the speaker onto the adapter, simple.

i have a spot for tweeters in my door, just not sure if the ones will fit that come with the ones linked above ^^

also whats a cheap amp,...

I've got a Kicker 08ZX200.2 in 9/10 cosmetic and 10/10 functional condition. It's got the endcaps too. I'd be willing to do about $65 shipped on it. I ran my TS-D1720C components on it for about a year before I swapped in a 4 channel to do an active setup in my Jeep.
