Speakers

Yes, to a point. You will not be able to power them properly from hu power alone. This will lead to distortion from you head unit. Look at the rms power to those speakers. You would be better served amping those puppies.

I just need to them to be as loud as my current pioneer coaxs with a sensitivity of 90dB and rms rating of 40w, would they be about equal in loudness?

I was looking to a set a comps. Harsh highs wont bother me. Does rms power play a huge factor in loudness compared to sensitivity?

coaxials. your wasting your money if you spend over $40-$50 on speakers to run off the HU.

now if you plan on running them off an amp in the future, then get the Infiniti's you posted above and try them out. but dont expect to be extremely impressed running them just off the HU

Lockem and rockem bro i got the same infinity's in my truck, I had em running off the H.U. for a while and they sounded great...! they are deffinitly not harsh they are very very clean I just recently added a zx350.2 and I do have to agree they come alive!!!
