hey guys I`m new to this forum.I just had a question i just purchesed 2 sets of these,and I`m a little nervous about them becuase no one has ever heard of the. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_5143.html can some one tell me if i invested in a piece of junk speaker setup.They will be ran by a hifonics zx6400 85 rmsx4 at 4 ohms.thanks

im sure you can make them sound nice in a decent install. I've heard plent of cheap speakers that sound great when installed, crossed over, and powered properly.

FWIW, a buddy of mine listened to the Cliff Designs demo car a few months back, and to his surprise it actually sounded pretty decent. I doubt they were using those particular speakers.....but they may not sound like total crap if setup properly.

I've installed some Xsite comps/speakers and with a decent install they can sound very nice. As long as you don't "jerry rig" it in there, setup the crossover and EQ well. It should sound fine.

As everyone else stated, they should be fine as long as you do a good job installing them. Maybe overpriced.
