speakers sound like F***

Today i was drivin my bros mustang.. hes got boston s60s in the front and i took a real hard turn and right after i came out of the turn the speakers sounded like shit.. HUGE distortion and crakling sound.. sounded like crumpling paper. now it continues to do this everytime i turn the volume up past 15.
