speakers poping

for some reason my sub and i am not sure if my door speakers are doing it or not

but i got a cheap jvc hu installed at a audio shop and ever since it pops when turning on and off

also since the new hu everytime i am on the phone or when somoene calls i can hear static through the speakers why is that
