Speakers, midbass, and amp

I am soon going to buy a pair of front speakers or component system(though i dont really need the crossover... can adjust the hpf from my deck), rear midbass woofers, and a four channel amp or 2 two channel amps to power them. I am looking to spend about 300, maybe as much as 400. I was thinking of going with these woofers...

Oh and i only have 2 3/8" of mounting depth for the front and rear

Those kickers are strictly midbass and I believe they only play up to 500hz. I think you are going to want to get crossovers if you are doing a component set because you are going to have to filter the tweeter and your head unit probably isn't going to do that, it will filter the midrange. And $300-$400 for speakers and amps??

isnt 80 for the kickers, 100 for speakers, and 120-220 for the amp doable?
