speakers matching to amp

hey everyone, i've got an upgrade in my subs recently and now i realize how weak my current front speakers are. right now i've got an mtx thunder 250x amp (200w rms @ 4 ohms) powering rockford fosgate components (not sure which series) right now i'm looking at upgrading to the JL Audio TR650-CSi comps. will these be able to keep up with 2 12'' kenwood subs powered by a kenwood KAC-7202 amp? im driving a 1995 honda civic dx and i've got the trunk lined with SecondSkin's damplifier and i plan on doing the doors soon here quick. thanks for any input!!
