Speakers for kicker 650.4?

Well I already blew my morel maximo 6.5 speakers in two weeks so does anyone know what speakers can handle this amp so I don't waste 250 dollars again?

amp is 120x4 at 4 ohm

and 170x4 at 2 ohm

budget for set is around 250

want something that wont blow that easily

I'd figure out why they blew before throwing in another set of mids that will probably do the same thing.

You have a HPF set on them? Probably playing too low with too much power...

Hpf was set bass boost set to zero, frequency set to 200 hz and gain 3/8. Idk if your familiar with the amp but if so what would u recommend the settings to be set at.

I know the speakers were only 90 rms but **** less then 2 weeks. I have also found out that my radio has bad preouts and the pico fuse blew if that matters any
