speakers for 2005 chevy impala ls...

needing a little help on choosing a door speaker for my 2005 impala it say's that a 6 3/4 speaker goes in there so i am looking to replace the factory ones with a nice pair of aftermarket ones which ones would you guys recommend to get i dont want to spend over $100 and these will not be hooked up to a amp just stock radio and set up just looking to get a little better sound quality out of whats in there now if its possible thanks for any help/suggestion
