speakers for 01 grand prix

ok, gonna surprise my wife on her bday with a new cd player and front speakers. it has 5.25 inch in the door but want 6.5. since i am surprising her i don't have a chance to take off the door panel and check things out til i install it so my ? is.... how difficult is it to install 6.5's or isn't it that bad with a spacer? probly gonna get the pg rsd6.5's

gotta be someone out there that has installed in a grand prix

i fit 6.5s on my stock mount, had to cut them up haha.. you could do MDF baffle.

Does it have moonsoon sound system in it?

no it doesn't, just, or at least not that im aware of. it has the stock components but im positive its not the monsoon.
