speakers/amp etc. budget: $300

i talked my buddy into replacing all of his blown speakers in his civic. he has a budget of about $300. he needs 6.5's up front and 5.25's in the rear and an amp to power them. since im the one that will be installing im leaning towards coax's because i dont really wanna go through the hassle of mounting the tweets....

i was thinking something like pg rsd's or pioneer rev's (how original, i know...)

any other suggestions are welcome!
