Speaker Wire ?

I'm sure this question has been asked over and over again, but my comp is slow as s*&%, and doing a search would be a huge load of time. I'm going to be running some Pioneer 6x9's and 4x6's off of a Nakamichi PA-504. Roughly 50 watts rms not really sure how well this amp is going to do on them, but I have a 100' spool of 18awg speaker wire to run for the highs to this amp. Is this wire ok to be using? I really dont want to have to buy more if I can get away with using what I have.

shit i use extension cord wire and it bangs, you could always double up the wire or at least split a single third wire for 3/2 of 18 gauge if you didn't want 4/2.
